I was raised on a farm around many different animals and dogs which kindly molded me to be compassionate and patient with all our furry friends! (Or not furry!) I’ve worked in boarding facilities and have experience in some grooming, nail trimming, and administering medications. I will always bring a first aid kit to all visits (yes even walks!) and know how to preform cpr on dogs and have basic first aid knowledge. I will be offering boarding in home by the start of fall, unfortunately while our home is undergoing some minor renovations, we can’t risk the safety of your animals and will be only doing stays or visits at your home! I’ll have my profile updated as soon as this changes! I am currently apprenticing under a dog trainer in puppy training and behavioral modification focusing on fear reactivity! I spent the last 10 years training my pup with anxiety and fear reactivity so I am no stranger to those behaviors. If your dog has special needs just be transparent and we can even do a meet and greet before hand to make sure I have your trust and your dog does as well. I know how difficult it can be for some dogs or cats to be watched outside of their comfort zone. I’m happy to make accommodations for their needs always. <3
