I’ve been pet sitting for the last couple years while living in DC and absolutely love it! I also took care of a very sweet golden retriever for three years during my undergraduate degree while working as the family’s nanny. I’ve also had pets around me my whole life and love both cats and dogs. I love the exercise that comes with walking dogs and exploring new neighborhoods. Unfortunately I’m not allowed to have a cat at my apartment, so this is the closest thing I can get to having a pet myself! Over the last few years, I have loved watching both cats and dogs through Rover. I’ve worked with a wide age range of pets, from crazy puppies to elderly pets who just want love and attention. I also have experience with deaf dogs and learned some sign language.
