Pet care experience
I have cared for my own pets, family's, and other people's pet I babysat for since I was 15, but none of it was consistent. Hence why I only felt right putting 3 years down under experience. I have been surrounded by animals my whole life and have never been without a dog prior to moving out of my mother's house. I love going on hikes and walks so if you want an active stay for you pet, I am your person. I also like having lazy days, so I can adjust for your pet. I am big on communication, so depending on how many updates/pictures you want I would be happy to oblige. I do not have much experience training, but I did go through a training class with one of my dogs and can teach basic commands. However, if you have certain rules for your pet (i.e heeling on a walk at all intersections, no going on furniture, etc.), I can definitely enforce them.

Lacey sent lots of photos of the dog and communicated about any questions she had. The house was well taken care of while we were gone and the dog looked happy!

Lacey was such an amazing sitter for our pup! This was the first time she house sat for me. My dog is just 10 months and he warmed right up to her on our meet & greet! She was very communicative and sent updated photos throughout the time. My house was perfect coming home too—Lacey left it spotless. I highly recommend Lacey & hope to reschedule with her again soon!

Availability
I am very free and have lots of time for pets. I make few plans that would ever last more than a few hours on the days that I set available. I can be as involved or uninvolved as you want your your pet's needs while they stay with me.
