Growing up with dogs, living in Manchester has made me miss having a canine pal around. I work Monday to Friday, 9-5, but I have been contemplating working from home and dog boarding in the future. Until then, I would like to use my weekends wisely by taking a couple of pooches out for morning walks. As mentioned, dogs have played a big role in most of my life. We had two growing up, one after the other, one from a puppy and another an old rescue. I would walk them on a daily basis, feed them, give them their meds etc. Caring for dogs is second nature to me. Since the passing of our two dogs, and I moved away for university, my mum has been dog boarding full time. During the last five summers I have travelled to my family and helped my mum in walking and caring for the dogs. My boyfriend may sometimes accompany me on walks, with the permission of the owner of course. I am only a short walk to Whitworth park, but for longer walks i am happy to venture to Plattfields or Didsbury.
