Lacey is very consistent and reliable, my cat is always happy when she is doing his drop in visits.

Lacey was very flexible and accommodating throughout the entire process and made coordination stress-free, which was comforting to me as this was my first experience using rover and I didn’t really know what to expect. My dogs are can also be a handful and I was nervous about this-one is a skittish senior with some special needs and the other is a hyper, vocal dog with severe separation anxiety who I haven’t left with anyone but family before. Subsequently, my dogs did not handle drop off well in more ways than one and I was mortified but they were so understanding that it helped ease my mind about leaving them somewhere unfamiliar and I felt reassured that my dogs were in a nurturing and loving home away from home off. Lacey’s message and pictures the next day confirmed this further and calmed my nerves. Lacey’s little boys are so sweet and much more energetic than I will ever be, so my younger dog likely got a lot more play time and exercise than her usual, which is definitely a bonus!
