Pet care experience
Hello! My name is Reesie and I enjoy looking dog walks on the beach, holding a paw while watching the sun set, and enjoying the exotic sounds of hungry cat meows on a warm summer night. I grew up with a variety of animals from childhood and often volunteer to house sit and pet sit for my friends, coworkers, professors, and others! I've been known to hang out with dogs, cats, rats, chickens, guinea pigs, and even the occasional tarantula. 🕷️ I have been referred to on more than one occasion as "the animal whisperer" of my friend group. This may be due to the fact that if there is an animal at an event I will spend the entire time only talking to them. I am not currently allowed to have pets at my apartment, so hanging out with other animal lovers' babies while they are away brings me a great sense of joy, fulfillment, and much needed cuddles. I am typically willing to negotiate cost and I really value an open line of communication, so if you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to reach out! I can't wait to get to know you and your furry friends!

They say you can determine whether or not a person is good by how much animals like them. Well, I think you would be hard pressed to find an animal that doesn't like Reesie. I've watched Reesie work with dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rats, chickens, and they all have one thing in common: Reesie immediately becomes their favorite person in the world. I can't describe or fathom the bond that Reesie can instantly create with pets, but something about her willingness to get covered in animal hair may have something to do with it. She also gets along very well with children, arguably the most complicated and demanding animals of all. Reesie genuinely loves animals. She is the type of person to pull over in order to get a video of a woman walking her dog in a stroller. I suspect that one day Reesie will be the woman walking her dog in a stroller. Reesie is incredibly responsible and professional in her dealings with both animals and humans and is truly a pleasure to work with in any regard. I cannot recommend her highly enough for any pet sitting needs.
Kyriessa (Reesie) is great with pets and children! She has a kind heart and very patient temperament. We have had Reesie watch our pets and children for multiple days at a time. She is trustworthy and keeps in good communication so you know your babies are safe! We love Reesie and she is always our first choice when we have pet or child babysitting needs.

I am unable to have pets in my home, but I am very respectful and cautious while visiting and caring for clients' homes and pets. You can expect lots of care, check ins, and a careful attention to directions and detail should I hang out with your friend for a day or two.

Please let me know about any special arrangements needed for your pet such as medication, habits that you are trying to instill, things to be aware of (they tear certain items up, try to escape the yard). Any emergency contact info for you or your emergency contact in town if you are out of town. Any special places or activities your pet enjoys, as well as areas/situations to avoid (don't like other dogs at parks, etc.)
A typical day
I love to play fetch and tug of war with dogs when they are high energy. I usually try to get to know the dog and what kinda of activities they like. I always try to avoid transporting pets in any vehicle unless necessary in order to avoid stress on the animal, so walks will be nearby the home. I'm familiar with the Laramie area and love to visit parks with my furry friends.

I work from home doing computer based work most days, which allows me a lot of flexibility when it comes to house sitting especially. One thing I would request is access to a reliable internet connection for days when I would need to work.
