I recently just graduated from the University of Findlay with a degree in animal science. I currently work at a veterinary clinic as a vet assistant. I have cared for dogs, cats, reptiles, pocket pets, and farm animals through ownership and professional experience. Through my schooling I have been able to shadow/intern within many veterinary clinics. I have learned skills and information under the supervision of veterinarian. I am comfortable giving medication, as well as nail trimming, light grooming and bathing. My previous dog passed away after 16 years. She was a rescue mix breed, therefore, I am no stranger to senior care or how to work with dogs who take a while to warm up to others. My current dog is also a rescue!
