We are not impressed upon picking up our dogs. When we initially met Ryan she was sweet, nice and we trusted her with our fur babies. When we picked up our 2 dogs they were noticeably not ok, both were terrified to get out of her house. My 13 and 15 year old daughters noticed this as well. Upon the pups being home they started peeing all over our house. Our dogs are 8 and 5 and have been perfectly potty trained since they were puppies. They both were also peeing blood the first 48 hours to which our vet said could be severe stressed if they were not well taken care of. I am now retraining my dogs to be potty trained which is ridiculous and exhausting. We are VERY upset. We only used Ryan because our dog sitter for many years just had baby. WE HAVE NEVER HAD THEM COME LIKE THIS. BEWARE

Ryan did great being with our dogs most of the time! Our dogs were comfortable with her and she was accommodating for the most part. Communication was an issue, almost nonexistent and was rough dealing with on the first day, almost had to cancel since we didn’t know if she’d ever show up to our home! We were out of state and at a wedding, needing way more assurance that she was caring for our dogs. Our security cameras were our only way of knowing when and how long she was with our dogs. Got a couple photos, but no updates of their well-being. Pee stain on the carpet. The dogs are alive and well, and we really were rooting to enjoy Ryan as our sitter. Wish things would have been a bit better though!
