She did come every time. However, we have cameras around the house and there were several very short visits. We sent a gentle nudge for that to change, and it did, but upsettingly, the remainder of visits were her letting the dog out, and then mostly avoiding our dog for the remainder of the time. She turned her back while on her phone as you could see our pup really trying to get any kind of interaction back. It was really sad for us to see as there's not a lot we felt we could do from across the country over the holidays.
