Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Kyra. I'm a full-time Mental Health Case Manager. I currently live with my fiance and our small zoo of animals in our home. I have two Australian Shepherd mixes (ages 5 and 1), and two cats (ages 4 and 1.5). I have always grown up around animals, with (at least) two dogs in my house at all times. My fiance always has had at least one dog. In terms of pet-sitting, I offer baths; 1-2 mile walks around a beautiful neighborhood, plenty of play time, and lots of cuddles. We also love going to Tudek Dog Park, and would be more than happy to take your pup with us. For cats, we have a fun cat tower, and even an extra bedroom they can call their own if they aren't so keen on dogs or our cats. I love keeping families updated with lots of pictures and info on how their fur babies are doing, and I love repeat customers. We love our animals, and would love to take care of yours!

Kyra has grown up with dogs her entire life. We always had at least two dogs in our household, and we currently have four dogs at home. We have two little dogs and 2 large dogs so Kyra has experience taking care of many different kinds of dogs. When Kyra went to college she volunteered at a dog shelter where she fell in love with a homeless dog named Brook. Kyra fell in love with Brook and Brook fell in love with her. Kyra adopted Brook and worked with her through some of her fears from her previous difficult home life. Brook is now a beautiful, happy and healthy 2 year old dog that has a second lease on life. Kyra is an animal lover and a dog lover and is very responsible with her dogs. I would not hesitate in trusting Kyra with anyone’s pet. She knows that they are important members of the family.

A typical day
We love to take advantage of the side walks and go on walks around Oakwood Avenue, which is a mile long loop. There's a big park right down the street which is super fun to explore! With Tudek Dog Park less than a 5 minute drive away, we love going and meeting other dogs there. And of course, lots and lots of snuggles.
