Spending time with dogs is what I love most. They make me happy, I find the playtime therapeutic, and they’re interesting, too. I love other animals, and have looked after cats and birds, too, but dogs are just the best. I've had dogs throughout my life, and have learned a lot through caring for them. I started dog sitting as a teenager and started volunteering on the weekends with animal shelters. This led to a passion for fostering dogs and helping them find their forever families. At first I started fostering one dog at a time and have had a total of four foster dogs, all of whom have been adopted into loving homes. I have two dogs of my own. They’re both large breed, and one has special needs. I’ve also volunteered with rescue organizations and fostered dogs. Getting outside with the dogs is always fun, especially when the weather is nice and we can really explore outdoors. I live near the Piedmont Dog Park, and it’s one of my favorites. I am passionate about learning as much as I can about dogs. I've taken a lot of time to communicate and learn from my dog trainer and enjoy the training process. (I am also experienced in potty training puppies, so feel free to send me a request if you have a little guy). I love dogs and have fun caring for them.
