I grew up with dogs and am currently dog mama to one seriously cool Yorkie-Poodle mix, named Hennessy. We are excited to play, snuggle, and have a good time during your stay. About Me I work in the Financial District for a tech and social good organization. My office is dog-friendly and we have a flexible work from home option, which enables me the opportunity to provide a unique level of care. I've lived in SF for 3 years, originally from San Diego. I enjoy being a caregiver...for pets, for children, and for my community. What I Can Offer I live in a centrally-located apartment and we have a safe courtyard for late-night potty breaks. We are also within walking distance to many parks. A stay with me means days full of exploring, outings, and quality park time. We'll cap off with an end of the day treat, brushing/clean up, and well-earned rest in a calming atmosphere. Senior, and/or less-active dogs are welcome, as I can adjust schedules based on your needs! During their stay, your dog will never be left unattended for longer than an hour (for gym or grocery shopping) and during this time I will crate and separate Hennessy for added safety. I'm mindful and respectful of your dog's current routine and comfort. I am flexible on where the dog sleeps or spends their time in the home. The most important thing to me is that they feel at ease. I can work on current training goals, am comfortable administering medication, and can observe all kinds of feeding schedules. My pup is dog-friendly with all kinds and sizes, and I can currently host other dog-friendly pooches. There will always be space to cool down on the off-hand that any interactions heat up. I'm used to managing multiple dog personalities, pack mentality, and safe play. I'm a sitter on Rover because I adore dogs but at this time it's not wise for me to own more than one myself! Your dog's stay will always be personalized and I will treat them like my own. I've also used Rover as a dog owner and know the peace of mind that comes with regular updates and plenty of pictures during your stay :) Look forward to pampering your pet!

Kym watched our dog, MacGyver while we were away for a weekend and she was great with sending updates and pictures of our dog doing what he does best, being a lazy bum. We would definitely use her again in the future for any help with MacGyver!

Kym was great with my dog Yoku. It was my first time using Rover and I was worried that I would not be able to find a sitter for Yoku in time. Kym was very nice, prompt and was willing to meet with us before we dropped off my dog. Her communication skills are great. She was always on time and flexible to our needs. I highly recommend Kym to dog sit your pets.
Kym is wonderful with animals and your dog will have the best of care. Her residence is clean and safe and comes with a cute little doggie companion named Henny. Kym has taken care of both my dogs And I couldn't have asked for a better dog sitter.

A typical day
I live within walking distance to multiple parks. Hennessy and I spend most weekends exploring Golden Gate, Baker Beach, Fort Mason, and/or at Lafayette Park's dog run, and we'd love to have your baby tag along. With the owner's consent, this is where we will spend our time. Although my dog will go off leash sometimes, I feel most comfortable as a sitter keeping my clients' dogs securely on leash at all times outside of the home. I can adjust anything to your pet's needs and more than happy to care for puppies or dogs who require different scheduling.
