Pet care experience
Hi! I'm Kimberly. Truth is, I love animals they may as well be considered a passion of mine and my family members! I've been around pets since I was born. I have shown an interest in training and communicating with animals at an early age. I follow a lot of professional techniques that I use on my personal pets and have used for 12 years. I have professional pet care skills that not a lot of people have. I have worked with reptiles, rabbits, guinea pigs, chinchillas, hamsters, gerbils, rats, mice, geckos, iguanas, bearded dragons, anoles, frogs, turtles, ferrets, cats of all ages, dogs of all ages, and every kind of freshwater fish. I also have some knowledge of caring for brackish water fish. I work at a pet store so my Rover hours match my non working hours. I have plenty of time in the morning and evening for drop in and walks. I own my own Pet Servicing business I have a facebook website for the other services that I offer under search K-Palz Pet Services. I have 2 dogs, 1 cat, a betta fish & a bearded dragon. I can take care of all of your animals, I am not limited to dogs or cats. I can even take care of your fish tanks. I am in charge of over 50 fish tanks at the pet store that I work at. If you ever come to visit, you will see that I don't settle from anything less than the best. I will make sure that your pet will be in good hands! I also have a vast knowledge of products and services that can be considered above and beyond helpful especially in unexpected urgent situations. I do not have experience with "special needs" pets however I am 100% confident I can learn on the fly. I love challenging myself in this field & I love learning and most importantly pleasing the owner as well as the pet! I live in a non-smoking home with a fenced in yard. Absolutely phenomenal. Kym is extremely knowledgeable about animals. She treats all animals as her own. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my 2 dogs! Definitely goes above and beyond to ensure proper care and that all needs are met. Highly recommend.

I would just like to know the temperament of the dog. I usually come and do a walk-thru with the pet owner prior to the service date in their home, but I am willing to do meet and greets anywhere that the owner feels comfortable. I like to learn about the pets as much as possible and try to mimic the owners care as much as possible to not disturb the natural flow of schedule and play that the dog would be missing while the owner is away. I know how important consistency and repetition can be for pets and I hold the highest respect for that. I only want the best for your pet. That is why they are my boss! LOL
A typical day
I can work with you on pricing if you just have one pet. I also do senior and military discounts with proof of ID. I can do good pet massages for pets with high stress levels, play time with their favorite toy, run time, I can manage to do a comforting toe tail trim, optional basic leash manners training, back or front yard poo removal & kennel/ litter box cleaning. I know basic to advanced first aid. I am not cpr certified, however I am confident that if any emergency arises I would be able to take charge and get things under control as quickly and safely as possible. Everything is optional and included with the pricing listed above: I can load their kong toys with goodies that they can slowly munch on that helps with separation anxiety.. I can provide lavender essential oils to help with calming the pet, calming treats. and massaging. I also service all animals. Thank you for trusting me with your babies!
