Kylie was prompt and fed and took out our dogs on time! Unfortunately, after returning home, it seems that one of our dogs had gone to the bathroom in the house and Kylie tried to clean it up. Our Roomba went over the poop and is going to need to be deep cleaned, there’s poop still all over the floor, and the swiffer, etc. was left as is after Kylie tried to clean it. I left two stars because I am glad that she did try to clean it — but to come home after a long trip and never be told that our expensive Roomba is possibly ruined as well the floor needing cleaning, etc — is frustrating to say the least. All it would have taken was a simple heads up to receive a different rating. We appreciate the help, but we did not like being blindsided upon returning home.
