BEWARE OF THIS SITTER AND APP. Although Kylie is sweet she is not clean. I booked her to house sit my cat for two weeks and when I returned from my trip it was a mess. I paid her over $600 and expected to arrive at my home in the same condition that I had left it for her. I had a very emotionally and physically exhausting trip, so when I came back to that mess, I was overwhelmed and upset. I had communicated with her prior where the cleaning supplies were so there’s no excuse for the mess that was left at my home. She didn’t throw out the bathroom nor kitchen trash. She didn’t clean my cat’s automatic feeder, left his treats and dry food OPEN. She left weird stains on my bed sheets and my pillow case. She didn’t sweep the floors, kitchen table, nor the stove, which were left with crumbs and little bits of trash. She left her food in my freezer. It’s very difficult for me to write these kinds of reviews. However, she gave me many reasons to not trust her anymore. Kylie and Rover were unwilling to reach a compromise with me which is why I am never using this app again but if you do, do NOT go with Kylie to care for your pet.

Kylie was amazing! She’s a very transparent, responsible, kind, and trustworthy cat sitter! Ringo was very comfortable with her, would definitely recommend booking with her. ☺️
