As far as I can remember I’ve always loved animals, and dogs hold a special place in our lives! I grew up with dogs, and as a teen assisted in training my dad’s canine partner, a FEMA search and rescue Labrador named Guinness! Guinness is now enjoying retirement with his best friend Sahara, and I love helping him make the most of his golden years. In college, I volunteered walking shelter dogs and raising puppies to become service dogs. While spending time with shelter dogs, I learned how to earn a shy dogs trust. Raising puppies meant building off a foundation of trust to teach them obedience, manners, and letting them explore the world they’d be working in! I’ve also had the pleasure of owning cats and maintaining a planted aquarium, and would love the opportunity to care for your pets!
