Pet care experience
I have always been drawn to animals, but mainly to dogs. I consider myself to be a very empathetic person and I believe dogs can sense this. I grew up with dogs in my home and my family always owned a dog from the time I was born until today. I recently moved to this area, and I live alone. I have been craving pouring that love into a doggy again. I miss having them around and the joy they bring into my life. I am happy to take them for walks, help groom and bathe them, make sure they are fed, help with medication if necessary and of course - play and give them so much love. I'm a firm believer that animals need exercise like humans, so playing in the park and being outside together is a must! I love exploring nature - especially hiking. I can think of nothing better than bringing your dog with me on hikes to enjoy this beautiful area. At this time my schedule is very open as I am fully pursuing petsitting full-time. I have plenty of space to help support your doggy needs!

Kylene was the absolute best. We left Maple in her care for a week while we were across the country and she was very responsive, sent plenty of updates and pictures, and we were so confident that Maple had a great time staying with her. It’s evident that Kylene genuinely cares about pets. She was very honest and transparent and was able to give Maple the love and care that she deserves. Kylene will definitely be our go-to when it comes to dog sitting/boarding!
Kylene did a great job. My dogs were well taken care of and Kylene sent pictures during the visit and email updates. I would definitely rehire!
Kylene is terrific. We were in the area for vacation and were able to get out for some long hikes and activities because of her. She has been wonderful with both our dogs who have very different needs, a 1 1/2 year old super energetic puppy and a 12 1/2 year old year slower senior dog. She did several drop-in visits and each time we came home to two happy, calm pups. Kylene was responsive, remembered all the info about each dog and treated them and our rental home as we would. I definitely recommend her and would not hesitate to use her again. I just wish she was closer to our full-time home! Kylene, thanks for everything.

So I can blend with whatever your needs are. I respect myself, my space, and my things - so I would always do that for your home and your dog as well!

I would like to know if your dog can go on hikes or not, and how they are on car rides. I would also like to know details about their personality, their special needs, and their temperament. Please let me know how well they do with people they don't know as well as their eating/bathing habits.
A typical day
In a typical day I would spend my time relaxing and hanging with your dog(s), playing with toys, and taking them to my favorite nearby park. I would also take them on hikes close by and maybe even some water if they like playing in rivers and creeks!

My schedule is very open and flexible. I currently have 5 days a week available to help out with your dog. I can start as early as 11am.
