Pet care experience
I’ve started my pet care journey with my neighbours cat, taking care of him for up to a month at the time. I would visit, feed, and clean the litter box. Since then, I’ve taken care of all sorts of animals for friends and family, mostly their cat’s and dog’s. I’ve also taken care of family pets, two cats and a dog. Ladybug, my family’s red heeler, came to us as a puppy and has developed into a very well behaved lady. Our favourite activity is exploring Edmonton and Alberta together, especially the mountains.

Kylee has looked after the family pets for several years taking the primary responsibility for feeding the pets, pet care, brushing the pets. training the dog, spending time with them and walking the dog. She has always been very patient and positive with our cats and dogs.

I think the best way for me to care for your pets is by your direction. Every pet has individual needs and I would make sure I understand them before taking care of your pet. My cat, for example, needs to be the only pet in my home which is why I only offer house sitting, checkups, and walks. You know your pet and I’d do my best to do things the way you want them done ensuring a safe environment for your best friends.

A typical day
I love playing mental and physical games with dogs, I think that both are equally important. I believe in “smelling” walks and I will be in no rush walking your dog. I’m open to dog parks and adventures at your discretion.

I’m currently a contractor and work mostly in the fall and spring. When I’m off work, I have all the free time in the world and would find it very rewarding to spend that time with animals.
