Dogs just have this effect on me: As soon as I see a dog, I completely light up. I’m a happy, energetic person with a zest for life, yet my favorite part of the day is coming home to curl up with my dog. I’m becoming a pet sitter because I know firsthand that the toughest part of going on vacation is worrying about your fur-babies. I want to know my dog will be cherished and well cared for — and I will always give that peace of mind to you! I am a lifelong dog owner who has raised puppies, trained service animals and worked with a professional trainer to train my pooch. I have an annual state parks pass and frequently take my dog on long walks and swimming. I have access to a large park near my home and go on nightly walks as well. My pets are allowed on the furniture, and they typically sleep with me or at least in my bedroom. (My pets have included rats, turtles, bearded dragons, and cats,) Needless to say, I’m comfortable caring for all types of animals and find something to love in every single one!) I treat my dog as a member of my family and want to do the same for your doggie when they’re in my care! I subscribe to a dog toy and treat subscription box for dogs with sensitive stomachs to make sure all my dog friends can find something to enjoy! I love to send daily pictures so you’ll know your dog is in good hands. I’m comfortable with puppies, elderly dogs, teacup pooches and giants. I am happy to make any accommodations to ensure you are comfortable — from putting your dog’s favorite blanket on the couch to boarding my own dog if it’s what makes your dog the most comfortable. I’m also great with house-sitting, even for extended periods of time. I can water plants, feed cats and bring packages and mail inside! I’m currently attending online school for nursing, so my schedule is very flexible and I’m available even on short notice. Dogs are my love language and I cannot wait to get to know your dog and become a trusted and friendly home away from home!
