As a dog owner for over twenty years, I have experience with all shapes, sizes, and especially attitudes when it comes to dogs. I have currently just moved to Chicago and sadly have had to - temporarily - say goodbye to my family dogs, Sarah and Cooper. When I am home though, they enjoy coming on hikes, runs, and even trailing along for errands with me. They have taught me the importance of reinforcing good behavior, and even how to slow down and enjoy the little things. In past summer months, part of my daily responsibilities and rent include looking after and caring for my landlord's dog. I like to think of myself as a dog person and with that someone that can be a resource to not just you, but your best friend!
