Explosive Detection K9 Handler
Pet care experience
Hi my name is Kyle I am a army veteran serving 9 years while being deployed twice to the Middle East. My current occupation is a explosive detection K9 handler. Dogs have been a passion for me since I was a little kid walking the fence rows with my lab and a BB gun. I am now 27 with 4 years of detection work under TSA and DHS regulations searching air cargo. I offer professional care, quality time spent with your dog, as well as obedience drills to give your dog the mental stimulation. Do not let my big breeds scare you away. Both Frida and Fox are both great with other dogs. Both are crate trained and will not mind spending the night in their crate to give your dog the vacation they deserve!
Reviews
We used Kyle to board our two older dogs (one 50lbs and the other 8lbs) for a week. I was a little wary to leave our smaller one in a home with two larger unknown dogs but Kyle eased my fears early on. He was attentive to her needs and gave her exercise and attention separately. He was also very attentive with our larger dog, calmly introducing him to his two with a watchful eye for queues given by all three during play time together. We received excellent communication including updates, pictures and videos which made it easier for us to enjoy our vacation knowing our fur babies were getting a vacation of their own. When we returned we picked up two tired, relaxed, and happy dogs. Start to finish our experience with Kyle was overwhelmingly positive and we are so happy knowing that the next time we need to go out of town our dogs will be in excellent hands.
From the start, Kyle presented himself as someone who had impeccable communication skills as well as appropriate knowledge and dog handling training. After speaking to Kyle on the phone, I knew that not only was he was a reliable and honest individual, but also that my pup would be looked after and cared for. I didn't mind driving further away to drop my pup off, because quality and trust meant more to me than convenience. Thanks for caring for RW while I was away, Kyle. I look forward to utilizing your services again.
Kyle was an excellent communicator who kept me updated with regular texts and photos throughout my pet's stay. It was so reassuring to know that my pet was in good hands and that I could trust them to keep me informed. In addition to their communication skills, they also had great expertise when it comes to pets. During the meet-and-greet, they asked all the right questions and took notes about my pet's routine and preferences. This attention to detail was evident throughout the stay, as they went above and beyond to make sure that my pet was comfortable and happy. Overall, I could not have asked for a better experience with a pet sitter. They are a true professional who genuinely cares about animals, and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of pet care. Thank you for taking such great care of my pup!
Kyle brings a unique qualification for dealing with a high drive dog. Was impressed with his observations and suggestion for my dog. Will be using him again for working and boarding my dog.

I trust my dogs until they show me that they need a little supervision with a verbal correction. I believe the best version of a dog is a dog who is independent and has its own confidence but still will turn to mom or dad when told something.

Let me know if your dog has any special requirements, dog aggression issues, separation anxiety, or any other requirements! I will be happy to help and accommodate your dog to their needs.
A typical day
Daily walks are a ritual in my house, but the play time comes with ball hide and seek. Fox and Frida are put in a room and I get to hide their ball. Once it’s found they know it’s time to run in the backyard and play with each other. Parks are another fun adventure for the dog as well as car rides!
