Pet care experience
We don't have children- we have dogs, but we treat them like they can talk back & they are our top priority. Kyle grew up with his dad rescuing traumatized dogs from all over the country, & Megan has had at least 1 dog in her life since she was young. Animal care is one of our passions. We're entrusted to take care of Kyle's dad's rescue dogs & bird, & watch our friends' animals when they go out of town. We'd love to welcome your dog into our home as a temporary family member! OUTSTANDING hosts! If you’re looking for a second family for your fur baby look no further! Kyle and Megan were absolutely AMAZING with our dog Miso. This was our first time using Rover and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Kyle and Megan were very responsive to requests and easy to communicate with. They were very attentive to Miso’s needs (she is anxious in new environments) sent us frequent updates with photos, took her on all kinds of walks and visits to dog parks and Miso got PLENTY of snuggle time. Their two fur babies got along great with Miso, especially Berni. Two peas in a pod those two. Miso did not want to leave her 5 star resort stay! Kyle and Megan EXCEEDED our expectations and we will DEFINITELY be booking with them again!!! THANK YOU for taking such good care of Miso!
Megan was great at taking pictures and videos of our dog and keeping us updated on everything! Axel went outside a lot and got to play with various other dogs during his stay, and he looked very happy when we picked him up! Will use them again!
Kyle & Megan were wonderful. They were responsive, asked a lot of helpful questions to ensure my dog would be well provided for and comfortable, and they sent lots of updates and photos. They clearly are very experienced pet owners and provided a wonderful experience overall. We'll look forward to using them again!

We have a doggy door & a fenced in backyard. We have 2 very socialized & nice dogs who get along with all. One of them is crate trained & the other one is not, so we're well versed in either or. We have 2 big water bowls, a multitude of dog beds, Kongs, dog puzzles, & a licking mat.

It is important to know if your dog is anxious, if they bark a lot, if they're good with other dogs, can go to the dog park, if they're territorial/an alpha, if they're allowed treats, if they're destructive, can use a doggy door, & any other quirks they may have.
A typical day
The pets will go on a walk or to the dog park daily, play with plenty of toys, have free range inside/outside, lick pads, Kongs, and given the mental stimulation they need.

Availability
Our household motto is to exercise our dogs before we can do anything else. Our dogs come first & Kyle works from home so they're always well taken care of. We exercise them daily- usually go to the dog park, go on a hike, &/or take a long walk no matter the weather!
