Pet care experience
I remember my first love – she was a Yorkie, her name was Mugwai – you know, that adorable furry creature in the movie Gremlins – or as I called her, after a few toddler attempts with ‘Monsta’ then ‘Mongwai’ - she was just my Muggy. I am a proud member of my family’s latest generation of animal lovers – thanks to the internet, I can now trace my animal loving lineage all the way back to my great-great-great uncle, a solider for the Union Army, that is said to have survived some of Pennsylvania’s most brutal Civil War battles with his fiercely loyal Irish Wolfhound by his side, the entire time. Flash forward a number of generations of Irish Wolfhounds, followed by a few Afghans, German Shepard’s, another Wolfie, several Newfies, a few fosters, my Muggy, then a 65 pound 14.5-year-old childhood Standard Poodle when at last, FINALLY I was rescued by my own best friend on July 4, 2015: Mr. Alexander Einstein-Lewis Hamilton. You can call him Hamilton, also known as Bubbies, Little, Monster, Deets…or his personal favorite ‘whatagoodboy!’ [followed by any form of fish, basmati rice or jerky]. A former Division I collegiate athlete, my passion for on-the-move-outdoors activity has taken me from the lacrosse field to the open waters – as an avid stand up paddle boarder fanatic – now surpassed by the fanaticism of my sidekick Little and the trio of Otters that tag along on our morning paddles.
Reviews
Kyle treated Grace as if she were her own. Gracie came back exhausted and clearly happy. She got along great with Mr. Alexander Hamilton. Kyle was available to help me at the last minute with a scheduling snafu and even helped me out by picking Grace up. Would highly recommend to anyone anxious about leaving their furry family members with a “stranger.” She will be in good hands!!!

In addition to my own private clients, I also walk/sit for Wag! and have worked with over 50 different breeds and done 100+ walks since March 2018. Former D1 lacrosse player, 2x cancer beating champion! After finding success with my health and in my own life due to the knowledge I obtained through fervent study of alternative medicine/natural therapies for 3 years, my next interest (learning obsession) was studying the same but in regards to canines - because I sure as heck want my dog to live forever, don’t you? I’ve learned how to treat canine anxiety with my subscription to YouTube Red and how to recognize and effectively treat a GI candida overgrowth by a quick poo examination and look at the ‘butt butt’ (as my dog knows it to be) area and one simple ingredient from Mother Nature. Vets are no different than doctors - they will not tell you when they don’t know, they’ll just prescribe something that treats your one of your main symptoms and use your symptom as your diagnosis pointer to bill your insurance. You should never get less than 3 doctor’s opinions and the same goes for your vet. I was told by one doctor I wouldn’t live to see 30, then the next 4 opinions agreed I would definitely live to see 30 - as long as I remembered who and how I am. I’m 31 now and often think about how much life I would have lost had I relied on that first opinion and trusted my life with the first doctor I saw. Dogs are my people - so take care of yours, or hire me to!
