Kyle was great for our young blue heeler Shadow! Our dog needs time to warm up to new people, and Kyle was very comfortable with that process. Upon first meeting, Shadow growled at him and snapped at the air a bit but Kyle was not bothered and knew to ignore Shadow at first. After some time, Shadow was asking him for belly rubs. Before leaving Shadow with Kyle we arranged two visits between him and the dog to make sure they were friends. Kyle was very accommodating and happy to take that extra time out of his day. I really appreciated his willingness to do that. During their time together, Kyle sent photos and updates every day. Right away from the photos we could see that our pup was relaxed and settling into spending time with his new human friend in the house and on walks. Shadow even got to sleep in bed and sit on couches (like he does at home...) Knowing everything was OK for both of them really helped us enjoy our trip. Big thanks to Kyle!

Kyle did a lunch time visit, feeding and walk with our 14 year yound chihuaha -terrier on a day where we were away and our dear was going to be missing lunch and a walk. Kyle was entirely responsive to our messages, booking and visiting us to be introduced . Everything went perfectly with Kyle giving us a real time update after he had completed his visit. Highly recommended and very grateful for his help.
