I think this is my new fave app!

Pet care experience

I’ve been fortunate enough to have dogs and cats all my life. From my sister’s guide dogs, to multiple Golden retrievers and cats along the way, I really can’t imagine how some folks get through life without the joy animals. If ya know, ya know! I am well versed with all types, shapes, and sizes. Even though I am also a CA certified Paramedic (for humans) I can provide the same love and care for our fur babies. Once I’m at a place in live where I can have the amount of space (and yard) that I feel a dog needs, you can be sure I’ll be taking FULL advantage of that! I am more than happy to take the pup (I’ve got an SUV, so plenty of room) to their fave spot and give them a good run and rinse after. Or just lounge and belly scratches if that’s what they’re in the mood for.

Kyle was spot in time and excited to meet my exuberant puppy. Sammy took right to him and there was a clear connection right away. I felt super safe leaving my dog with Kyle. Will definitely use him again!

Kyle embraces all pets with a loving and energetic attitude. You can immediately tell the pets respond quite well to his presence. Kyle provides the most precious gift to pets, time of day. He pays full attention to them as a living creature and doesn't take for granted any time shared with a pet companion. He has been an exceptional friend to me, and I know he'll be an exceptional friend to a pet.

Kyle has been great with my Australian Shepard, Ollie. He is very attentive and patient with him. Ollie loves hanging out with Kyle because he takes him on nice long walks/ runs around the neighborhood as well as cuddles with him when Ollie wants them. I definitely recommend Kyle to watch your dog.

Kyle D. Will be an excellent dog walker. He grew up with golden retrievers and had responsibility for feeding and walking the dogs. Kyle loves all animals, especially dogs. He is trust worthy, kind, friendly and just a really nice person. He will go the extra mile and will treat the dogs like they were his very own. I highly recommend him.

Safety, trust & environment

I live in an apartment, so I’m open to housing provided the fur friend is a quiet one. (I’ve had plenty of friend’s dogs spend the night with no issue.) In a client’s home, I’m more than meticulous when it comes to cleaning and above all else, in any situation: safety. No one is getting hurt on my watch!

Home

Lives in an apartment
Does not have a yard
Non-smoking household
Has no pets
Dogs allowed on bed
Dogs allowed on furniture
Potty breaks every 0-2 hours

Information Kyle D. would like to know about your pet

Any little quirks or major likes/dislikes. How they are with other dogs/humans/animals. Any pertinent dietary info, and any games or favorite activities. Also, energy type, ex: more of a napper or time to lace up the nikes and hit some hills!

A typical day

I live close to the Lake Merritt, as well as the Morcom Rose Garden. So no shortage of great walking spots :) Or, if it’s a particularly hot day, or the pup is just in the mood to chill, I have a great faux fur rug in my living room which looks out to the balcony overseeing our bamboo/cherry blossom little forest.

At the moment, I am doing some testing and gaining some more certifications for my career change to Firefighter/Paramedic. (I went from tech recruiting to live saving 🙃.) So I have a fairly wide open schedule!
