I have plenty of experience with small dogs, and available most of the day as I am pretty much retired and living life full time, which is especially convenient if you work nearly all day or gone on for periods of time. I love small dogs too because I can also take them with me around (if allowed by owner) as I run errands or conduct business around the island.
