Unfortunately we are not pleased with how we found our dogs after boarding for one night. It was obvious that there collars were never taken off as one was chewed through. My small dog was yellow and reeked of poop. We have boarded before on rover and did not have this problem. My car will need to be cleaned because my dogs paws were covered in poop! I was excited to leave them there because he has great reviews and a nice house with a nice yard but I was greatly disappointed. I am not one to leave bad reviews i usually just move on from the situation but I wouldn’t want anyone else to have this issue. I also only received one video after I asked and received very delayed responses.
Kyle was great! He took a last minute booking for my two dogs and sent updates throughout our trip.
Kyle was amazing with my dog and sent pics/video during his stay. I would definitely use Kyle again anytime I need to travel. Murphy was happy and well taken care of!
