Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs and cats ever since I was 12 years old, including my neighbor's pets and my pets. As a result, I have gained significant experience from pet-sitting puppies, older dogs, and cats. I have a wide range of work with younger and older animals, so I am very good at following instructions and caring for the animal based on who I am looking after.

Kyle has taken great care of our big guy, George, a few times now. He is great and treats George so well, is responsible and communicative. We liked him so much we hired him to walk him weekly. Highly recommend as a pet sitter.
Kyle did house visits for our 2 year old cat who just had a dental procedure and a biopsy - so she needed meds 2x a day and I didn’t realize it was 2x a day until 2 days before we were headed out of town. Kyle was able to make it work though and come visit Elsa 3x instead of once and ensure she got her meds. Happy to report she did very well and we definitely recommend Kyle!

I always put a tremendous amount of thought and preparation into caring for pets before, during, and after visits. While with an animal indoors, I always try to stick close to them to make them feel relaxed and at ease. I also try to mix up how I spend time with the pets I sit, including playing with them or letting them have chill/sleep time. As for outdoors, whenever I take a dog for a walk/outside, I always put them on a leash or in a fenced location and keep my eye on them at all times.

A typical day
I think the typical day depends on the pet that I am looking after! I always ask the owner questions about where the pet likes to go and how they enjoy spending their time. However, generally, I love to take the pets that I sit to nearby parks, reservoirs, and stores such as Petco if they want to use some energy or play. However, all dogs/pets need their downtime. So, I believe I have a great understanding of knowing when to schedule these fun activities or to hang out with your pet indoors!

Availability
I work full-time for a different role, but I have flexibility at points on weekdays and will communicate what that is! For the most part, I will be available early in the morning, after 5 p.m. and for most of the weekend. I will always return your request quickly regardless, but I do my best to accommodate your needs!
