She forgot to take care of my pets! I had to hire someone else!

Kyla is a really sweet person and I believe quite knowledgeable. I was pleased to see my pets were relaxed and calm when I got home. But I was disappointed that most of the instructions I wrote, reviewed with her twice were not followed. I sent a text reminding her my dogs still needed a walk since I left so early in the morning the first day. According to my Ring doorbell that walk was never done. I came home the next day and asked about their morning walk and she said she hadn't. I asked if she had feed them lunch. She said no. So I feed them 2 hours late. I asked if poop was picked up. Nope. So I did it. While I tended to my dogs she got dressed at 2 in the afternoon, collected her belongings and made the bed, loading it all in her car which was still parked in my garage and left without a word. I only received one picture because I asked for pictures and communication was only because I texted her.. I think she read and watched TV while my dogs just layed around with not much attention paid to them.
