Genuine and experienced pet sitter

Pet care experience

Hi! My name is Kyla and I love pets! I have over 12 years experience pet sitting professionally. My passion for pets started very young, my first job was dog sitting for neighbors starting at the age of 15. Since then I have built my resume, I have done everything in pet care from working in local pet stores to doggy daycares. Now-a-days I am a professional dog trainer with a focus on dog behavior and psychology. I have over 5 years experience teaching my own training classes such as puppy classes, basic obedience and reactivity. I am experienced and comfortable working with all different types of breeds and behaviors! I look forward to meeting you and your furbabies!

Kyla is so great with our Diamond. She is communicative and kind, and very knowledgeable about working with our anxious girl. We are so grateful we found her!

Information Kyla D. would like to know about your pet

I love to know what motivates your pets! Some pups really love toys, others are more motivated by food. This helps me decide what games and activities to play with them while you're away. Knowing any food allergies is also very important to me. Sometimes I bring my own variety of treats and I don't want to cause any upset tummies!

A typical day

I love to play enrichment or brain games, along with physical activity, to help tire your pet out and help them feel fulfilled. Things like hide and seek, treat puzzles or some basic training are really effective, especially for high energy dogs!
