As long as I've known her, Kyla's love for animals transcends just the normal longing for a pet, but rather an effort to foster a deeper connection to these creatures as if they were an extension of their owners. It's rooted in her character: she is patient, compassionate, and understanding which are essential traits in caring for animals. I also can personally attest that she is observant and thinks outside-the-box which aid her in determining a pet's needs and wants. She's had dogs, cats, bearded dragons, fish, and everything in between, and I whole-heartedly endorse her caregiving abilities no matter the challenge.
