Pet care experience
8 years of experience providing professional pet care, including pet-sitting, walks, and extensive cuddling. My house is located near several parks & outdoor areas, which I often frequent with my dog Indigo. I'm patient, attentive, and playful, and am always down for a good game of catch or tag. To unwind at the end of a ruff day, I love to make a pallet on the floor or dog-pile on the couch and veg out to Homeward Bound or 3 hour videos of squirrels and pigeons playing (whichever my canine companion is more in the mood for). I love music, and am forever singing little ditties to animals because they don't judge. Dogs & cats really are humankind's best friends.

Kyla was Great! She housesat for us for a weekend and provided wonderful communication and care for our high energy fur kid Hairy! The cats were self sufficient but we will forever refer to our Minnie now as our “fluffy gargoyle” thanks to the perfectly coined name by Kyla!
Kyla, Jake, and Penelope do an amazing job as taking care of Petey. They have taken care of Petey 4 or 5 different times this year and their place is becoming Peteys vacation home. Much thanks to them as always.

I want to make sure that I’m keeping to their routines, so that it’s a bit easier for them to endure their time away from their parents.
A typical day
I love hiking and beach trips, and my happy place is next to any body of water. I love seeing how happy dogs get when they realize we’re going to the dog park, and am very good at playing catch and tug-of-war. I have strong mediation skills in the event of a conflict between dogs, and am always attentive both at home and out in the world.

I work from home currently, so I’m able to keep a flexible schedule that can accommodate for your pet’s preferences and needs. I like finding excuses to be outside, and walking dogs has been the perfect outlet for that!
