Pet care experience
My family has always owned dogs so I have a lifetime of personal experience. I volunteered and multiple animal sanctuaries and zoos growing up and I worked for pets at home for more than three years where i specialized in dog care. I am available most days and weekends for any bookings and will normally be happy to take bookings on short notice. The safety of the pets come first and for that reason I would make sure to supervise them and if in the garden make sure its enclosed and has no open gates.

We felt very lucky to have had Kyal looking after our dog and home whilst we were in holiday. We kept in touch throughout the holiday (mainly to calm my anxieties as we had not done this before) about leaving our very boisterous golden retriever pup in the hands of someone we had only just met. I need not have worried at all, with his regular updates, little bits of film of the dog I was completely reassured. Kyal also used a map app to demonstrate where he had taken the dog for walks, it was clear the dog was having a big adventure too. I would highly recommend Kyal and we will most definitely be calling on him again in the future.
It was Jessie's introductory session with Kyal prior to our summer booking. Kyal seemed confident in handling Jess, a large dog @ 35kg who sometimes can be reactive and unpredictable. He seemed genuinely to love animals, was kind, gentle but firm with her, and she really seemed to like him so I feel more confident in leaving her in his care.
Kyal was happy to stay with my three dachshunds for three days while I had to travel for a funeral. He kept me up to date with regular pictures so I knew they were ok and even washed the bedding so it was clean and dry when I returned. The girls seemed to have been really relaxed around him and enjoyed his company.
Kyal was amazing with our cocker, Finn. Finn has separation anxiety, but Kyal and he got on really well, for Kyal it’s all about making sure the dog is happy. He took photos of their walks and mapped the walks too. When we got home Finn was a happy boy and was completely comfortable with Kyal. I can’t thank him enough or recommend him highly enough.
