Pet care experience
In addition to absolutely loving cats and dogs, my professional and personal background lends itself to keeping your pets happy, healthy, and safe no matter what. My grandfather was a veterinarian, so I grew up helping at the clinic and became accustomed to implementing the highest standards of pet-care. I’m a West Point grad and just finished over a decade of active-duty military service, so your pets will benefit from the tools I learned that enabled me to take good care of my troops—compassion, attention to detail, and steadfastness among them. Taking care of pets when everything goes well is easy and fun, and I love hanging with new four-legged friends! But should anything go wrong, no matter what it is, I will keep those under my charge safe and sound—four-legged or not.

Ky has been teaching my pup to be brave! Taking her for some of her first walks, teaching her to climb stairs, and gain trust by putting on her coat and harness. Big steps for a lil’ girl! Definitely doing a great job of welcoming her to the world. Thanks Ky!
Ky was so amazing. My baby Tuesday can be a little nervous around strangers but she loved him and warmed up to him quickly. He kept in good contact and responded to me the whole time we communicated about Tuesday. I definitely want him to be my regular dog walker for Toodles.

If it is important to your dog to sleep in bed with their human, please let me know! I’m comfortable having my pet-guests sleep with me if it is important to their well-being but won’t do so unless asked so as not to intrude on your relationship with your pet. I am also experienced with rescue dogs that have delicate temperaments, and appreciate advance information about your dog's anxiety and fear triggers. If I know ahead of time I can ensure that your buddy feels nice and safe and calm.
A typical day
My home is near several small parks that are lovely for walks, and I also have a 400 sq. ft. private outdoor space where we will play and hang out if your pup is staying with me! I’m also a fitness-enthusiast and am more than happy to run with your dog if that’s the activity they prefer. Frisbee and fetch are other favorites of mine!
