Hi there! My name is Kurt and I am a senior at the University of Richmond. I’m from Connecticut and I’m on Rover because I’m a full time student, but I miss my pets when I’m away from home. I live in a house close to the campus, with 3 housemates and my own room. I love all animals, and have grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life. Currently, I have two sweet cats whom I take care of while I’m home, and I’m no stranger to messy cleanups or unexpected accidents. I love all dogs, big or small, and I’m more than willing to travel to take care of your dogs or cats in house, as well as board, bathe, and care for them in my home. I will provide my own bed and food for your dog, and my only requirement is I know and understand your dogs specific needs and personality (any allergies, good with other dogs or not, scared of loud noises or doesn’t like car rides, etc.) before I take care of him or her. I have a backyard and my close proximity to the University of Richmond means I can walk your dog around the campus trails or lake, as well as the dog park only 500 yards from my home. If you or someone you know is in need of a dog sitter or dog walker, I am more than happy to take care of and provide for your pet as you need.
