Unfortunately, communication was poor and we were not updated at all. Drop off and pick up was a disaster. We notified Krystina that we would be picking up our dogs at noon in the last contracted day, when we arrived she was not home. When we finally reached her she asked that we come back because she would not be home until 5 PM. We returned at 5 PM, she was still not there. At 5:30 we called Rover. She finally returned home at 6:15, after we waited outside listening to our dogs bark and cry for 45 min. They were alone for over 7 hours that we know of. We were not permitted inside her house when dropping off or picking up. We noticed that the dogs had an overwhelming cigarette smell on them once we got them in the car. We paid Krystina an additional $70 to groom one of the dogs, as agreed. This was not done as she stated she was confused about our contracted pickup date, but she has not refunded the $70 as requested. Unfortunately it does not appear that Krystina is home all day with regular scheduled playtimes as her profile suggests.
