I'm very late for this review but Krystalynn was so amazing that I couldn't forget her service (: I had to leave my dog Oli with Krystalynn for almost a month. This was Oli's first time boarding and I was very nervous about how it would go because he is quite anxious... but he seemed to love it! For starters, when I first got there she allowed me up to her apartment to see where Oli would be staying. She also let me meet her dog who was so sweet and friendly (your dog will always have a friend to play with if you book with Krystalynn!). After this, I felt extremely comfortable leaving Oli with her. In addition to this, she also has experience working at a vet so that was an extra plus. During Oli's stay, I was sent updates on him which included videos and pictures. Without me asking, Krystalynn would send pictures and videos of my dog 1-2 times a week, but when I asked she always responded back quickly. Another great thing about Krystalynn is that she will treat your dog as if they are her own! I really appreciated this because this meant that Oli got to go on frequent long walks as she does this with her dog. She also gave him a bath right before I came to pick him up so he was nice and clean. I HIGHLY recommend booking with Krystalynn (: She is very knowledgeable and kind and your dog will actually have a great time in boarding.

My babies mean the world to me. I always say I pay their rent! That said, I wholeheartedly trust their well being to Krystalynn. She has dog sat for me for years. She is responsible, caring, loving and trustworthy. She pays attention to details with their schedule as they have special needs. She treats pets like they were her own. I see their reaction to her and sometimes they give her more attention! And that to me says a lot. She has a way with pets, I beleive it’s her compassion and dedication to ensuring they are safe, taken care of and yes even heard. She has a special connection that makes her intuitive to their needs. I highly without reservation recommend Krystalynn to take care of your pet... they couldn’t be in better hands!
