Unfortunately I have a household with numerous cats and a Chihuahua with varying health concerns and some special needs so care in my personal is not an option. Overnight visits are preferred within 20 miles of my zip code but I will drive further. I can stop by for mid-day walk, potty break, medication. I love cats and dogs but I do feel like cats get a little neglected in the realm of petsitting. Yes they are a little more self sufficient then dogs but they get stressed and lonely when you leave for long periods, sometimes more than dogs. I take that extra time with them as silly as it may seem it's as simple as sitting with them after feeding them and then a little play or cuddle time. If they don't want that, because cats do what the want 😉 then simply sitting and reading or watching TV for a bit while being near them. Cats are creatures of habit and do not like change so I will keep to their schedule as best as I can. Now I love the pups too so I do all of this as well for them. My babies have a specific routine, I understand the importance of this for both owner and pet. I will stick to your routine as close as possible. I do require meet and greets for all new clients and/or new pets, dogs and cats.
