I am an absolute dog lover! I have a 16 yr old beagle mix that I've had all her life. She's my baby. She gets along great with any animal. I will treat and spoil your fur baby just like I do mine! I have experience with giving meds, including insulin shots and ear drops. I can provide references upon request. I do work 8a-4p during the week so any drop ins would have to be around that schedule. Also, your dog would have to be ok being left alone during those times. Weekends are flexible as I don't work Saturday or Sunday. I am willing to stay at your house if need be as long as I can bring my dog along (I would provide her food and treats of course).
