Kristyn seemed okay when I first booked her (although she “couldn’t figure out the harness” the first day so Luna got a 5min walk), but told me she didn’t want to continue walks due to the distance she’d have to walk. That seems like something she’d be aware of when she accepted the booking. She told me last Friday and said she’d be able to do walks this week so I wouldn’t be left in a bad situation, needing to find a replacement within 2 days. I told her on Monday that I hadn’t been able to find someone for the week, so I’d appreciate her doing the walks. She then told me she couldn’t anymore (?), so my dog doesn’t have a walker this week. And then when I asked her to return my key, she hasn’t done so and seems to have blocked me (it says “user not found” when I tried to follow up). Extremely concerning, and I don’t like having someone with a copy of my key. I would not recommend.
