I've volunteered in numerous cat and dog shelters, and have completed many dog training and handling workshops. I am totally trustworthy and will follow your instructions completely. I know we all have unique homes and rules, and I will respect yours when working with you. These are my expectations of a sitter for my own dogs: I know what's best for them with regard to their personalities, behavior issues and living situations, so I want my "rules" followed - even if they seem silly to someone else. There's a method to the madness in every home and I know it's important to keep routines - sometimes for peace and sometimes for safety. I know there are people who feel that if the dog's alive when they get back, no harm done, and that is NOT how I see things :) . I want my animals loved, and taken care of with my expectations in mind when I pay someone for that service. That is what you can expect when you hire me. You will receive photos and updates and I promise your babies will be loved and treated well! I live in the East Cesar Chavez neighborhood (close to IH-35) and I work from home. My schedule is flexible so it's pretty easy for me to take a break to take a walk or provide a bathroom break in the day. I have had minimally 3 dogs and cats in my own home for my entire adult life (as well as always having pets as a kid). I can handle the big, unruly ones as well as the small or timid and shy ones!
