I was previously enrolled in a veterinary technician program at Sheridan College in Brampton, Ontario and due to certain circumstances have had to drop out but still completed a year and learned a lot. I have always had a passion for helping and caring for all animals. At my school we participated in lots of hands on experience with animals such as training projects and animal shelter visits. I also worked in a small animal veterinary clinic for a semester to complete a field placement assignment. I grew up with a family whose always had multiple dogs and other animals so I have experience with all different sizes and breeds. I also have experience with dogs with separation anxiety as well as dogs with obsessive compulsive traits. I have my own dog, she is a 3 year old Husky/Rottweiler mix named Khaleesi. She is very friendly and very playful but she can annoy older dogs very easily! I currently live in a basement apartment and i have no backyard so I try to go on 2 or 3 walks a day. I love playing with my pup and taking her on walks or to the park, your pet will get the most of my attention and will be cared for as one of my own!
