Hi! My name is Kristy Lee and I've been taking care of animals of all kinds since I was 12 when I first started walking my neighbors dogs after school each day. At age 15 I started working at a vet office as a kennel technician and then I became a vet assistant. After highschool I went and got my vet tech degree and I've worked all over the country as vet tech. I really liked traveling and living in new places and everywhere I went, I worked as a vet tech, either at a hospital or animal shelter or even both. I truly love animals, they are my life. I have 4 dogs, a cat, and a ferret of my own. I know how nerve-wracking it can be to leave your animals in someone else's care because, wondering if they are giving them the same love, attention and care that you give them. I experience the same thing when I have to leave my kids! However, with me you will NEVER have to worry about how well your animals are being cared for. I promise I will treat your animals as if they are my own 😊.

Kristy is great!!! She is soooo sweet with our kitties. She's very knowledgeable about all animals and their health care. We have used her serval times the last two years. not only for our cats, but she even cared for our two horse's when the barn manager was going to be away the same time we were. She stays in touch and is extremely attentive and very detailed oriented. I would recommend her a billion percent for any all animals that you may have!!! You wont regret it!!
Kristy is AMAZING! It's really nice not only having a reliable dog sitter but one that has some medical training. I have two goldens, one is 7 and the other 10 and it was really nerve wrecking finding someone i felt comfortable enough with giving him all his meds and doing it correctly. Some of Wilson's meds cant be taken together and have to have a certain amount of time in-between them. Not only did Kristy know all about my dogs medical condition but about his meds as well. She truly put us at ease. Aside from all that, she was constantly in contact and send pics and videos daily. Kristy really treated our boys like they were her own. We are so grateful we found her!!

I am the type of sitter that like to stay with the animals as much as possible at the clients home. I usually will stay the nights and hang out there most of the days, because that's what I would want. However if the client wants just drops in's I can do that too.

Any behavioral issues, such as guarding, or food guarding, dog reactive. Any health problems or concerns. I know when my dog sitter comes to watch my pups, I literally leave her a manual on caring for them, even though she's amazing, so feel free to share anything about them. I want to give them the same love as you do!! Also I'm trained in medical care and body language/dog behavior, so please don't think any issues will scare me away. Ok I'm happy to help in EVERY WAY!! :)
A typical day
I'm a big fan of taking the dog/dogs for long walks, especially when it's nice out. I've been able to walk all 4 of my crazies at hartshorn woods by myself! Haha. I also like taking mine and my clients pets to other hiking areas/parks or even the bay side at sandy hook or other local beaches. I do this a lot with my own babies. Our dogs are are only here for a short period of time, so I'm a big believer in making their time here an exceptional experience!!! They deserve it!!

Availability
Hi so I currently work as a nanny Tuesday and Wednesday afternoons from 3-8 and Thursdays from 9-6. I have plenty of extra time, to care for your babies. Even on my long day of work, I am able to leave for a break to let your babies out, or send one of my coworkers to do so .
