Pet care experience
I love every dog I see, as if they are my own. My husband and I live in a smaller apartment making it challenging to have a dog full time; at the moment. I have experience house/pet sitting for my bosses, friends, co-workers and neighbors of my community. I've cared for a range of animals, from young pups that need special attention and structured training environments, to older dogs that need lots of love and oral medications. When your dog stays with me, they are an integrated member of my family. We will sit on the patio and take them to dinner with us, snuggle on the sofa with a good movie, and head to the park or on a long walk/hike in Marin, SF, or the south bay. There's always ball throwing (if it's allowed), hugs, kisses, and massages. I look forward to caring for your furry family member anytime you have to be away.

Kristy was a pleasure to work/coordinate with. She was so flexible and responsive while she was watching my dog Killian. Everything went so smoothly and her updates helped me enjoy my weekend away. I would gladly have her watch Killian again and wouldn’t have any reservation about recommending her to others!
This was only our pup's second time away from home and she turned out to be a little nervous. Kristy really bent over backwards to make her really comfortable and happy. She sent me lots of updates and asked great questions. Plus, you can tell she just really likes dogs, and has good instincts about their needs. She made my dog feel like part of her family and she overcame her nervousness quite well (apparently got lots of extra snuggles!). She gave her extra exercise and attention so she'd be tired out at the end of the day and rest better. When I picked Xanthe up, she looked happy and very well cared for. Kristy did everything I requested and went above and beyond to make my dog's stay with her a positive one. I would definitely recommend her and I know Xanthe would love to return there when we travel.
Kristy is awesome! She is so communicative, friendly, and sends the cutest pictures of our dog. Her updates are thorough and we feel at ease when we have to leave our pup at home!

I love taking walks around Layafette and Alta Plaza Park, Crissy Field, Aquatic Park, and along the trails in the Presidio. I'm a fantastic ball thrower, and will put on my running shoes for a jog if that's what your canine's heart desires (I've completed 5 half marathons over the past few years).
