Pet care experience
I have had pets all my life, including lizards, birds, cats and dogs! We currently have 1 cat that gets along with respectful dogs. We also have 2 bearded dragons and some fish! Our elderly diabetic dog recently passed away. I am knowledgeable and comfortable providing diabetic care and giving insulin shots. Please note: We can ONLY watch large or dominant dogs that are KNOWN to be cat friendly. If you are unsure about cat friendliness, please let me know so we can discuss your dogs personality to determine if we'll be a good fit.

Our dog had an amazing stay with them. From the moment we dropped him off, it was clear that he was going to be loved and cared for just like at home. The entire family is so welcoming and attentive to our dog's needs, making sure he felt comfortable and happy during his stay. We received regular updates and photos, which gave us peace of mind knowing he was in good hands.
Ace is a timid companion who requires time to become familiar with new people, and Kristine respected that by giving him the space he needed to adjust. Now, he's grown much more at ease around her. We appreciate taking Ace to Kristine's place because she's not only patient but also great at communicating. The videos she sends us help us feel connected to Ace, which we love.
Kristine was excellent! Very communicative. She updated me every day and I could tell that my dog Cooper was having a great time. Would definitely use her services again.

I have a house with an unfenced yard. We have a long cable tie and a large yard. Please ensure that your pet comes with a well fitted collar or harness. We are also able to take your dog on multiple walks per day.

While we do not have dogs ourselves, we live in a neighborhood with LOTS of dogs. Please inform me if your dog is dog aggressive and the degree to which they are. Please provide the appropriately sized harness or restraint and any walking technique you use. Please let me know if there is anything I need to know about your dog, such as feeding schedule or preferences. We look forward to meeting you and your pup!
A typical day
We love to go on walks and live near a forested path. I have 2 older kids that LOVE dogs and will give your pets tons of playtime! They are both respectful of a dogs boundaries.

Availability
I am a teacher, so over the summer I have availabilty to be home most of the day with your pet. During the school year I can provide care to pets that are comfortable being home alone for 7-8 hours a day or on weekends.
