My Goal to Pet Every Dog in Omaha
Pet care experience
I come from a long line of dog-people - a fur and slobber-covered, mildly-deaf-from-barking sort of family. I have been lucky enough to grow up alongside some very sassy dogs. I've also gained experience working in several doggy day-camp/boarding facilities, so I don't mind being out numbered or the giant babies :) I have a declawed (adopted as declawed) tripod old man named Nacho, who is very unimpressed with most dogs, and has several places upstairs to retreat to if he needs a break from the excitement. I am very excited to help give you a break while getting my daily dose of unconditional love and tail wags :)

Kristine is a huge dog lover and would love nothing more than to lend an extra hand to someone's pet who might need it. She is very organized and manages her schedules well and takes pride in being on time and her commitment to her responsibilities.
Kristine is the best! Words are not enough to describe how great she is with dogs. She treats all dogs she comes across with as her own. She genuinely cares for their welfare and comfort.

I have a two story house with an unfenced back yard. There are beautiful lengths of sidewalk for walks or jogs. I personally don't mind pets on furniture, so lots of people snuggles will be available- but if you'd like to enforce a no-furniture rule I am more than happy to work with that.

No breed preferences- but other than the basics like diet, normal routine, and medical issues - I'd love to know what makes your pet happy or upset - are they anxious, timid, or get overwhelmed easily? If you want a nail trim or bath - how do they usually handle it? Are they a "velcro dog" or a loner? Anything you can tell me to make the separation less stressful for both of you.
A typical day
I love Keystone Trail and Zorinsky for walks, but there are trails through our neighborhood for quick potty breaks. I love fetch, tug, laser pointer chases, and trying to teach new tricks. I also don't mind giving baths, so we definitely play in the mud if my furry client is so inclined :)

Availability
I currently work overnights and from home, so my availability is pretty open. Some days my 4 year old niece stays with me, but she is also very familiar with proper behavior around animals. If we strictly need to keep young children away from your pet, let me know and I can arrange something.
