I have dog-sat for years, as well as been a dog owner for 35+ years. I've taken care of many dogs (and cats!) over the years, as well as a few birds. I currently own two cats — the oldest is now nearly 14 and I've had her since she was four months. I'm the sort of pet owner who always gives up bed space and will feed the animals before myself. I happily offer services for cats as well as dogs. I am confident in my skills with animals, as well as confident in my own abilities to react well to any situation and think on my feet. I’m excited to be a part of Rover because of all the new dogs I get to meet! Dogs are fun, intelligent, empathetic, and full of personality. They are the best kind of people! A dog can bring comfort to those who are down and provide exercise that won't be boring. Mostly, dogs are all about being unconditional; they will always love with every part of them. My quirky side definitely helps when it comes to rolling around with dogs! I also have no problems with feeding any of your smaller critters, like rabbits, turtles, fish, birds, and so on. Just include them in your request to let me know. As well as being a bit silly, I'm very dependable and known for being helpful. I’m often the first person friends call when they need any sort of help. Whether there's a crisis or someone just needs their plants watered, people know they can count on me. I’m also very organized; I'm one of those people who loves color coding and putting things in order. I also love traveling, photography, walking/hiking trails, archery, astronomy, reading, adventure, and most anything I haven’t tried before.
