Pet care experience
There’s no fancy way to put it… My fiancé Jim and I absolutely love dogs. We have 2 of our own; Buddy who is an Australian Shepherd and our rescue pup Rusty who is a Border Collie/Australian Shepherd mix. We treat our dogs like we treat our family, and we will treat your dogs with the same level of love! Whether your dog wants to snuggle, cuddle, go on walks, play outside, or lounge on the couch— we do our best to make it happen!
Reviews
Kristine and James have been walked our dogs multiple times. They always take good care of Penny and Millie. I love when they bring their daughter along and she walks out miniature pinscher, Millie. Millie thinks she is getting special treatment since she loves children.
Kristine and James walked our dogs with care and made sure they had plenty of water.
Kristine and James were absolutely amazing! After reading reviews online in my search for care, I pinged them for a meet and greet. After a bit of schedule coordination, and an “oops” on my part, we brought the dogs over to meet them. They welcomed us right inside and were so very genuine and friendly. I was immediately put at ease. A few days later we dropped our 2 dogs off for their first overnight stay. K & J sent pics and notes throughout the time that the dogs were in their care. They were more than flexible when our schedule changed a bit. We will definitely book again (if they’ll have us 😂)!
So nice to know my dog is well taken care of! She had a great time :)

We require Meet & Greets before any bookings. We have a fenced in yard, about 1/2 acre and hardwood floors throughout the 1st floor of our home. There is a 24/7 camera monitoring system outside the home. If you’d like, you can FaceTime or video call your pup anytime! We do send pictures and updates through the Rover app multiple times a day (and more if wanted!) Dogs will be crated at all times when we are away from the home for their safety, but crate time will not exceed 4 hours unless otherwise communicated at booking.

A typical day
Wake up. Potty. Breakfast. Potty. PLAY ALL DAY! Other than the morning routine and dinner routine, we want the pups to just play and have a great time. They can nap when they want and play when they want. We like to think foster the idea of their stay being their “Dog Vacation” with no real agenda! (Unless otherwise requested of course).

Availability
I am a Registered Nurse and work from home Monday-Friday. My fiancé is home 50% of the week as well. I do have some local travel for work at times, but I would be sure to communicate those details at the time of booking.
