Hi, I'm Kristine! I've been around dogs and cats for most of my life and have owned a few rabbits (Holland lops). I absolutely love animals and would love to have my own dog sometime down the road, but for now, I would love to hang out with and love on your pet! I understand and respect that each pet has his/her own personality, needs, and preferences and I am prepared to accommodate and personalize each encounter with your furry friend. I have been caring for pets in my spare time via Rover since June 2021 and have loved every minute of it! I have cared for dogs belonging to roommates and family members in a more informal setting for as long as I can remember. I am a grad student in the Milwaukee area, so my availability focuses on weekends and evenings. I would love to run, walk, or just hang out with your pet(s) while you're away to keep them happy and healthy! :)

As a Rover sitter, I do my best to read your pet's mood when I enter you home. Animals, like people, have attitudes that fluctuate from day to day and hour to hour, so I always try to get a sense of how your pet is feeling and customize their drop-in visit or walk with that in mind. I always respect my clients' homes and ensure that doors, crates, etc. are secured appropriately.

A typical day
I'd love to explore local parks with your dog and provide lots of mental stimulation to keep their little mind sharp and healthy! We can play with toys, walk/run outside, and have a great time.

Availability
I am a grad student in the downtown Milwaukee area with classes from 8am-5pm on weekdays, so my availability focuses on weekends and evenings. My schedule is quite solid so I am able to know my availability weeks in advance.
