Pet care experience
In the past I worked for a dog walking service, and always received compliments on the notes I left, and for the demeanor of their pets when Mom/Dad returned home. I always like to keep parents in the loop and will send pictures and/or a quick little text from your furry child because who doesn't love that?! :) Animals are able to sense my calm but playful disposition and feed off it so that they feel like I can be their home away from home; another smultronstalle, while Mom/Dad are makin' the bacon that provides for them. You can feel rest assured that your pet will be qualified hands while in my care, and will receive the love and attention they deserve while your away. There are a few clarifications I will need before caring for a new furry friend: - Are there diet restrictions? - Are you a chewer; if so, what are good distraction toys? - Do particular things make you skittish? -- loud noises, other dogs barking, rainstorms, cats, children, vacuums, etc? - Are you socialized with other dogs? -- you will instantly make friends - Have you ever played with young children before? - Do you have any separation anxiety? If so, is there a favorite toy/blanket you can bring that smells like mom or dad? - What can I do to make your visit an adventure?
A typical day
I have a plethora of greenery in my area that your pup and I can enjoy on our stroll. There are also a lot of critters in our neighboring trees to stimulate their minds and excite their senses. For doggy daycare, we like to adventure out to a nearby dog park to run out some energy and socialize with new friends.
